Framingham No Show/Cancel Policy

Your appointment and well being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least a 24 hour notice. We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. Appointments canceled without a 24 hour notice, will incur a fee of 50% of the reserved services. Missed appointments and no shows will incur a 100% fee of reserved services. Please understand that appointment times are limited and we are trying our best to service each and every client.
